Park 80 West - Plaza II

Program
RSA was commissioned to design Plaza II at Park 80 West. An office building complex located at the heart of Bergen County, this highly coveted office building features: newly renovated modern reception and lobby area; business lounge with 3 meeting rooms to accommodate large groups with videoconferencing abilities; several private offices and multi-office suites; and retail and amenities on ground level.

 Challenges
Completing project under fast track schedule

Service spaces are located on interior walls, allowing for open office areas with views of the Manhattan skyline
