Program
A bold, sensitively designed, curved corner lot building
Incorporation of the following design elements: rectangular tubular steel structure, curved glass, CMU back-up walls, warm-beige-gray brick tile, white kynar aluminum frames for window walls, stainless steel exterior glass, fabric wall coverings, concealed spline ceiling in the public and banking areas, parabolic fluorescent lighting over a dropped soffit teller area, lay-in ceiling on the lower level, wood teller counter, wood desks and fabric chairs with wood arms
Challenges
One acre corner lot with a difficult site gradient of 10%, in a small suburban/industrial community
Seperating the main upper public entrance and banking floor from the lower private entrance
