New building with five levels of offices and parking including:

Bridge connecting new construction to existing building

Five story entrance atrium
600-seat cafeteria with food court and full service kitchen on fifth floor
Computer and communications center on fourth floor
Interior fit-up of office levels
Steelcase 9000 systems furniture used throughout office levels

 Challenges
Situating an eight story building on 200 foot piles on wetland site along the New Jersey Turnpike in order to achieve maximum visibility

Design of open, airy office floor plan, enclosing only thirteen percent of space to create a friendly, interactive work environment
