Program
New five story business “incubator” building for start-up technology companies including:

2,400 sf shared administrative space

1,600 sf shared conference space

3,900 sf intended for laboratory use

Challenges
The building was designed to attract office tenants by its dramatic facade while blending with the neighboring buildings through use of contextual materials

The interior achieved the most cost-effective use of space without compromising the integrity and openness of the design

Attractive but inexpensive, easily removable materials needed to be used on the West side of the building to accommodate future expansion
