Consultant to RSA provide structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and medical equipment planning services

HUMC - Cancer Center

Program
New building to house all outpatient cancer care including medical oncology, radiation oncology, pain management, pharmacy, medical research, integrative medicine, and other ancillary services and support functions

Program also includes a new parking garage for 1200 cars

 Challenges
Developing building configurations on a restrictive site that allows for natural light and proper adjacencies for all program functions

Working within City of Hackensack's zoning restrictions to develop viable site plan alternatives

Assembling a cohesive functional space program from multiple existing oncology service lines and proposed adjunct disciplines.
