A temporary residential facility for at-risk adolescents between the ages of 11 and 17.
A safe haven for youngsters who may be neglected or abused or otherwise be in situations where their health and safety may be compromised.
The 16-bed facility is to shelter and counsel young residents who struggle with a variety of difficult circumstances.
