Renovation of 1,300 seat main theater including 100 new seats

New HVAC system to allow year round operations

New theater lighting with suspended catwalk access

Renovations to lobbies, ticket office, concession areas, restrooms, and administrative offices

New emergency fire stair and accessible elevator

New facade and marquee


Challenges
Massive coordination effort to install new, quiet HVAC system into extremely tight space while preserving the existing architecture. This was achieved through implementation of a system of oversized ductwork and extensive catwalk

Painstaking embellishment of theater’s original Art Deco style in order to restore theater to its original splendor
