Challenges
Massive coordination effort to install new, quiet HVAC system into extremely tight space while preserving the existing architecture. This was achieved through implementation of a system of oversized ductwork and extensive catwalk
Painstaking embellishment of theater’s original Art Deco style in order
to restore theater to its original splendor
